Construction of the new business centre called Crystal located at 175-177 Kharkivske road in Kyiv was completed by December 2011. 
This project became the first business centre of B+ class on the left bank. The owner of the site is the First Dnipro Investment Company, Kyiv. Business Center Crystal is conveniently located at the intersection of the Kharkivske road, the Bazhana avenue and Boryspil International Route. In particular, the subway station Boryspilska is within 5 minutes walk and Darnytska railway station is within 7 minutes’ walk from the building; and one can get to the centre of the city by car or by subway within 15 minutes. The author of the complex, made in the architectural style of Contemporary Urban, is Larisa Skorik, Ukrainian architect, Professor of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. The total area of the 5-storeyed business centre Crystal is 12’000 m2.
