First Dnipro Investment Company
First Dnipro Investment Company was established in 2004 to make direct investments in the sector of construction and ready real estate in Ukraine. One of the most large-scale projects of the company was the construction of the elite residential area Vyshneve Mistechko near Kyiv in 2004-2006, in the process of construction of which the advanced architectural and engineering solutions were used.
Company's efforts were marked by the national expert environment.
First Dnipro Investment Company was awarded with the international prize "Golden Fortune" in 2006-2007, with the Diploma of All-Ukrainian campaign "Leader of the goods and services of Ukraine in 2006" in nomination "The construction and architecture." Vyshneve Mistechko won in the nomination "The best cottage town” in the All-Ukrainian competition.
In 2005-2007, the Company invested in the commercial real estate in Kyiv: it bought and sold office spaces in the office centers Dominant, Mandarin Plaza and Canyon.
