Heating system, ventilation and air conditioning in the Business Centre "Crystal” is installed based on the calculation of the air standard 60m³/h per person and standard room temperature throughout the year, according to SNiP (Construction Standards and Regulations) 2.04.05-91. Air is supplied to the offices via galvanized ducts to all areas, in case the stagnation zones are absent. To ensure the maintenance of room temperature and the desired amount of air exchange, ducted air-conditioners K1-K45 produced by Lennox (USA) are installed with the function of the heat pump, in a set with heat recovery section PV-1PV-45.
In the cold season, the air is going and collected outward, is transported by vertical channels and cleaned in the filters, heated in the recuperative heat exchangers, is mixed with recirculated air in air conditioners, it is heated to the required temperature and transported to the room. In off-hours, the air conditioners run in the on/off regime at full recirculation, maintaining the preset temperature. At ambient temperature -5°C, air conditioners run in the mode of heat pump. At a temperature of up to -15 ° C, the mode of heat pump with heating in electric heating elements is used (if necessary); at -15 ° C or lower - only electric heating elements work.
Taking into account the techno-economic and operational considerations, the measures for heat recovery from exhaust air are provided. With the help of the set with plate recuperative heat exchanger MF-45-1PV produced by Clinginburg (Germany). Energy saving for heating of the external air is 50%.
Compressor and condensing units are placed on the platforms on the roof of the building.
Air-conditioned room temperature is regulated at the level of ± 2 ° C from the standardized temperature. For the more precise temperature control in the premises, the area control can be optionally installed.
Air is taken from bathrooms and accommodation spaces by the duct fans into the shafts and is thrown over the roof level. In other rooms, electrical convectors are provided.
